With the Gryphon Laser, Datalogic offers the ideal solution for retail, office automation and light industrial applications, in which short to very large scanning distance requirements are met (max. 65 cm; Code 39 @ 20 mil). The laser scanner also easily reads especially small codes of 4 mils with a scanning angle of up to 47°.
As one of the lightest and smallest laser scanners in its class, the laser pistol meets the familiar high performance standards of the Gryphon family with flying colours: all 1D and GS1 DataBar codes are scanned at high speed (100 scans per second) and ergonomics – the scanner confirms a successful scan with the patented »Green Spot«.
The laser withstands drops of up to 1.8 m without damage, while the manufacturer's warranty of 5 years along with the IP52 protection provides high reliability. The integrated multi-interface ensures simple connection via RS232, USB and keyboard wedge. IBM and USB POS interfaces are also available and enormously expand the range of applications.
